A school’s business culture is totally different from other trades. Unlike, in other trades the businessmen purchase some goods, display in his shop and sell to customer on some profit. Accounting means to them simply sale and purchase.

But, in case of school, it is not true. Money circulation in school depends on fees collection. Fees is collected under different heads viz. Admission Fees, Tuition Fees, Annual Charges, Sports Fees, Computer Fees, Smart Class Fees, Library Fees, Newspaper Fees, Amalgamated Funds, Building Funds, Development Charges etc.

Fees to be collected under these heads becomes due towards student at different intervals. For eg. Admission Fees is to be collected only once at the time of admission. Annual Charges, Amalgamated Funds, Development Charges are collected once in a year. Computer Fees, Tuition Fees, Sports Fees, Library Fees are collected every month or bimonthly.

At any point of time we may need to check how much fees is collected under a particular head e.g. “Tuition fees”.

In a school, there are various classes from Pre-Nursery to 12th. Every class has number of students. Some students belong to General category or SC, BC or staff children.

A school needs to create their fee structure on the basis of class and category. for example “Tuition Fee” from class 2nd is 500 From General Category,  300 From SC/BC category;  From 3rd Class “Tuition Fee” is 600 (General Category), 400(SC/BC) category  etc.

Manually calculating fees head wise dues, keeping record of every student’s payments, creating list of defaulter students, tracking every detail about an issue is very time consuming process and prone to mistakes.

In today’s busy schedule, everybody has shortage of time. When parents come for fee deposit in a school, operator ask them

“In which class is your ward studying…?”,

“You belong to which category..?.”,

“Is there any Brother / sister…?”,

“Are you also using school transportation..?”   etc.

Means in manual working it takes appx 5-10 mins to calculate fees receipt of one student.  If there are 100 parents coming for fees payment in one day. It means

some of them have to wait for 3-4 hrs for their turn to come which in turn results in overhead expenses and anxiety among parents.

Shipping Policy

Special attention is provided in delivering your products to you hence we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even your place of work.

  We ship your orders within 2-3 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days in major cities and 4 to 7 days for other location. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.   Please note our shipping policy as follows:
  • We currently deliver to most cities across India
  • We ship items within 2-3 working days of order placement.
  • In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 3 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

  *Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same. And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us. To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact. Once we receive the return from you, we will provide you with a Gift Coupon (G.C.) on your email, to compensate for the shipping charges you paid to return the product. We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won’t be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability. What to do if I want Replacement/Refund?
Please follow these steps to claim Replacement/Refund without any hiccups Drop an email at support@gogeomart.com  within 48 hours of delivery. Register your complaint and get a Complaint ID by the customer service team. This is mandatory information which is needed to know about the status of the complaint and for returning the Product. Please pack the product back in its packing and mention the following details Complaint ID: (As provided by the customer care) for the Return Order #: Number generated at the time of order Placement. Reason for Return: Please choose a reason from the below mentioned list
  • Defective Product
  • Damaged Delivery
  • Incorrect Product Delivered
  • Others- If others then please specify (Please mention the reason in Hindi /English only)
Your full Contact Details: Your name, address, phone number and email address. Picture of Damaged Product: Needed only if you are returning a Damaged Manufacture warranty product. You have to return it to the following Warehouse Address if purchased from GoGeo Mart or else send to seller address which you received in invoice : GoGeo Mart Shop No.2,Rangas Halo, Radio Park, Cowl Bazaar, Bellary-583102 If you got a pickup scheduled, then keep your package ready. If you are sending it via courier, please ensure that the courier provides order tracking and you got the courier receipt with you. We will refund the courier charges in form of a Gift Coupon What is the return procedure if I have received a wrong product? In case if you have received a wrong product from our side then please register a complaint within 24 Hrs of delivery to start the refund/replacement of your product. What is the return procedure if I have received a Defective/Damaged Seller warranty product? The return process would remain the same. Please register your complain within 24 Hrs of delivery along with along with photographs of the damage product and packaging. photographs of the damage product and packaging .and the replacement will be shipped once a confirmation call is made by the Customer Service team for the return.   What are the time lines provided for the Replacement/Refund? In case of a Refund request, the same would be processed within 5 -7 business days after our Replacement Verification team has certified the refund. What is the Payment Mode for Refund? It would remain the same as paid by you while placing an order. If you paid online, then it will be returned online, if you paid by Cash of Delivery option then it would be refunded to you via Demand Draft which will be sent to your address as mentioned while returning the product.   I ordered Cash on Delivery (COD) order and paid the shipping charges. If I return the product, will I be paid back the Shipping charges as well? Only the Product amount would be refunded as we do not refund the shipping charges paid by you.
